While at the University of Illinois Jeff was a two time All American in Track and Field and earned four Big Ten Championships as a shot putter.
After college he trained at the Olympic Training Center for the 1996 Olympics in weightlifting but a shoulder injury prevented him from making the team.
Since then you can still find him lifting heavy but also he has directed his inner focus to more endurance with cycling and also completed 2 marathons. As a coach Jeff is known a silent but scary coach. After the first work out though you know you are in great hands as his silence is shown to pay attention to details and get the most of your work outs.
As Bandits, we believe in hustle, heart, and team unity. This isn’t just a team—it’s a family.
